What you give CARTE is used to make and deliver your card. This page sets out what we collect, what it is for, and what you can ask of us.
Who holds your details
CARTE decides how the details you send with an order are handled. For any question about your data, reach us by phone or Zalo at the foot of this page.
What we collect
When you design and order a card: your name, title, organisation, the link for your card, phone, email, delivery address, your brief, and your logo if you upload one.
With The Signature Suite: what you want on your dossier page, such as photographs, a biography and links.
Where it is before you send it
While you design, everything stays in your own browser. An unfinished design is kept there so you can come back to it; your logo is not kept. Nothing reaches CARTE until you send your request yourself, on Zalo or by email.
What we use it for
Designing your card and sending it for your approval; printing it and writing your link to its chip; delivering it; contacting you about your order; and, with The Signature Suite, publishing your dossier page as you approved it.
We do not sell your details, use them for advertising or pass them to anyone for any other purpose.
Who else sees it
Only those needed to make your card: the printer and the courier, for their part of the work.
Your dossier page is public to those you tap your card for or send its link to; you decide what is on it.
When you visit the site, it is served through Cloudflare and its fonts load from Google Fonts, so both receive your IP address, as with any website. Cloudflare Web Analytics counts page views without cookies and without following individual visitors. If you send your request on Zalo, that conversation is covered by Zalo's own policy.
How long we keep it
For as long as it takes to complete your order and support you after delivery. Your dossier page stays until you ask for it to be taken down. You can ask us to delete your details sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to know, see, correct or delete your details, withdraw your consent, and object to how they are used. Message or call us and we will answer as soon as we can.
