Before you commission
Which phones can read the card?
iPhone XS and later read it straight away, with nothing to open. Android phones with NFC only need NFC switched on, and almost all of them have it.
Does the person I meet need an app?
No. The dossier opens in the phone's own browser, and the contact saves to its own contacts.
Can I change what the card shows later?
With The Signature Suite, yes: the dossier can be changed at any time without reprinting the card.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer. Once your request arrives, CARTE messages you on Zalo to confirm the order and send the transfer details.
Where do you deliver?
For now, CARTE delivers within Ho Chi Minh City.
What if I want changes after the card is printed?
Before printing, you can revise freely until you approve. Once you have approved and the card has been printed, each reprint costs 120,000 ₫. If the card is printed differently from the design you approved, CARTE reprints it free of charge. If the chip fails and the card will not tap, CARTE makes you a new card free of charge.
How soon will I have the card?
The design reaches you within 24 working hours. Once you approve it: 5 to 7 working days for The Signature Suite, 3 to 5 for The Visite Card.
What if I would rather not design it myself?
Choose Atelier (+250,000 ₫). Send your logo and a few lines on what you want; CARTE designs the card for you and revises it until it is right.
Is there a yearly fee?
No. The Signature Suite includes hosting for your dossier for life, and the chip carries a lifetime warranty on both tiers.
